To get access to product support you have to verify product ownership. To do so you have to follow a few simple steps.
- You cannot use the same key for multiple products.
- Generate 1 key per product.
- Write a private message to “Verification Bot“, the message should only contain !key
- Use this key to post a Product Review (you can not use Product Questions for this) on the prouct that you want to verify ownership for.
- The bot will eventually automatically detect your review and grant you the needed permissions for product support.
