Currently Marketplace Creators doesn’t have any way of validating a customer on their own and have to contact the Unreal Marketplace support team to validate your purchase, this is a manual and tedious process but it’s only required once per product.
- Go to https://www.unrealengine.com/account/transactions
- Click on the Product Description to expand the purchase
- Copy your Order ID: and send this in an email to support at eeldev.com
When?
After you’ve sent your email with the included Order ID your email will be forwarded to the Unreal Marketplace team where they will validate the Order ID that you are a legit customer. When we receive confirmation of your Order ID you will receive a reply with a confirmation from info at eeldev.com.
If you included your Discord information you will also receive the correct role(s) for your product(s).
