GENERAL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Requires Unreal Engine 5.4 or newer. Unreal Engine 4.27 to 5.3 stay on version 1.5.2<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Redesigned Thumbnailer window with Asset<\/strong>, Scene<\/strong> and Settings<\/strong> panels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Asset type tabs for static meshes, skeletal meshes and actors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Camera view presets: Front<\/strong>, Back<\/strong>, Left<\/strong>, Right<\/strong>, Top<\/strong> and Iso<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The active camera view is highlighted in the right panel<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Default camera view is now Iso<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Added Frame Each Asset<\/strong>, frames every asset in a batch from the current camera rotation, or keeps the camera location so all assets are captured at the same scale<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Presets<\/strong>, save the settings, camera and scene profile as a Thumbnailer Preset<\/strong> asset that can be shared with your team through source control<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preset section in the right panel to pick<\/strong>, apply again and save presets<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The last selected preset is remembered between editor sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Fixed the first transparent capture getting a semi transparent background<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed transparent captures with the orthographic camera<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed actor thumbnails being named after the actor instance instead of the Blueprint<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed the asset type falling back to a previously used type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed crashes when calculating the bounds of an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed invalid characters in thumbnail names<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed the overwrite dialog, notifications and Content Browser highlight<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed imported thumbnails missing the 2D Pixels (unfiltered) and no mipmaps settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed the crosshair and frame colors changing the editor’s global style<\/li>\n\n\n\n
